CHICKEN & BROCCOLI PASTA

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 12 ounce package farfalle
  • 1 tablespoon pure vegetable oil
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts sliced
  • 1 16 ounce package frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1 10.5 ounce can 52% less sodium 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup skim milk

DIRECTIONS

Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat.

Add chicken; salt and pepper to taste. Sauté until browned (about 3-5 minutes). Add broccoli and garlic; sauté 3 minutes.

Add soup, milk and cooked pasta; toss to coat. Cook until heated through and bubbly.
