CHICKEN & BROCCOLI ALFREDO

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 4.7 ounce package fettuccine Alfredo pasta & sauce
  • 1 tablespoon 100% pure olive oil
  • 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts sliced
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1/2 16 ounce package frozen broccoli florets thawed

DIRECTIONS

Prepare pasta according to package directions.

Meanwhile, in large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken, onions and garlic; salt and pepper to taste. Sauté until chicken is slightly browned and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes).

Add broccoli to skillet; sauté until broccoli is cooked through (about 5 minutes).

Stir chicken and broccoli into prepared pasta.
