
SPICY SPAGHETTI
with Gourmet Meatballs



INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 pounds ground meatloaf mixture - beef, pork
- 1 cup Culinary Circle Shredded Three Cheese Blend
- 1/2 cup crispy Panko style plain bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano leaves
- tablespoon chopped fresh marjoram leaves
- 1 large egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 16 ounce package spaghetti pasta
- 1 24 ounce jar Culinary Circle Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce
DIRECTIONS
In large bowl, combine meatloaf mixture, cheese, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, thyme, oregano, marjoram, egg, salt and pepper. Mix together until just combined. Form into 2-inch round meatballs.
Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 350°F oven 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions. Heat pasta sauce.
Toss pasta with cooked meatballs and pasta sauce. Garnish with additional cheese, if desired.
