
SPICY PASTA
with Sausage & Peppers



INGREDIENTS
- 1 16 ounce package spaghetti pasta
- 1 19.76 ounce package hot Italian sausage links
- 1 medium onion cut in half, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 green bell pepper sliced
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 24 ounce jar Culinary Circle Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce
- 1/2 cup Culinary Circle Shredded Parmesan Cheese
DIRECTIONS
Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
Meanwhile, cut sausage links into fourths; cut each piece in half lengthwise. In large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until almost cooked through (about 10 minutes).
Add onions, peppers and garlic. Continue cooking until peppers are softened and sausage is cooked through (about 5-7 minutes); drain off grease.
Add in pasta sauce and continue cooking until heated through. Toss with pasta and Parmesan cheese.
