
LASAGNA ROLL-UPS



INGREDIENTS
- 10 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 jar Culinary Circle Cacciatore Pasta Sauce (24 ounce)
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup Culinary Circle Shredded Three Cheese Blend
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
DIRECTIONS
Prepare pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and crumble ground beef, onions and garlic until cooked through and no longer pink; salt and pepper to taste. Drain off any excess grease. Let cool slightly.
Add 1 cup pasta sauce, 1½ cups mozzarella cheese, ½ cup three cheese blend and ½ cup provolone cheese to meat mixture; stir to combine.
Spread ½ cup marinara in bottom of a greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Place about ⅓ cup meat mixture on one end of lasagna noodle. Roll up noodle and place, seam-side-down, in baking dish. Top with remaining marinara and remaining cheeses.
Bake in a preheated 350°F oven 30 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is golden brown.
