
RED PEPPER TUNA BOATS



INGREDIENTS
- 1 5 ounce can chunk light tuna in water drained
- 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
- - dash garlic salt
- - dash onion powder
- 1 large red bell pepper
DIRECTIONS
In small bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, relish, garlic salt and onion powder; salt and pepper to taste.
Cut pepper in half lengthwise and remove membrane and seeds. Cut each half in half lengthwise, creating 4 sections.
Top red pepper sections with tuna salad.
