TOMATO & OLIVE BRUSCHETTA

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup fancy shredded Italian style Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped pitted Kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Culinary Circle Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • - slices French baguette bread toasted

DIRECTIONS

In medium bowl, combine tomatoes, cheese, olives, onion, basil, oil, vinegar and garlic; salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with toasted bread slices.
