
SWEET N TANGY COUNTRY-STYLE RIBS
in a Slow Cooker



INGREDIENTS
- 1 18 ounce bottle sweet 'n tangy original barbecue sauce
- 1 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes with sweet onion drained
- 4 pounds country-style pork ribs
- 2 medium onions sliced
DIRECTIONS
In medium bowl, combine barbeque sauce and tomatoes; set aside. Season ribs with salt and pepper.
In a 5-quart or larger slower cooker, alternate layers of ribs, onions and barbeque sauce.
Cook on HIGH 4-6 hours or LOW 8-10 hours or until ribs are very tender.
