SCALLOPED HAM & BROCCOLI POTATOES

Serves : 4 servings

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 4.7 ounce package scalloped potatoes
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 3/4 cup half & half
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 2 cups frozen cut broccoli
  • 1 cup shredded mild Cheddar cheese
  • 1 6 ounce can French fried onions

DIRECTIONS

In large mixing bowl, combine potatoes and cheese packet, boiling water, half & half, butter, ham, broccoli, cheese and ½ the fried onions.

Transfer to a greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Bake in a preheated 450°F oven 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Top with remaining fried onions; continue baking 5 minutes.
