
SPINACH & ORANGE SALAD
with Balsamic Vinaigrette



INGREDIENTS
- 6 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 2 navel oranges sectioned
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced shallots
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup crumbled reduced fat blue cheese
- 1/3 cup light balsamic vinaigrette dressing
DIRECTIONS
In large bowl, combine spinach, orange sections, shallots, almonds and blue cheese.
Toss salad with salad dressing and serve immediately.
