
TUSCAN BEAN SALAD



INGREDIENTS
- 1 (15 ounce) can navy beans drained and rinsed
- 3/4 cup chopped Culinary Circle Fresh Mozzarella Ball
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 1 (5 ounce) package organic baby spinach
DIRECTIONS
In large bowl, combine beans, mozzarella, onions, tomatoes and dressing.
Add spinach; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
