
TURKEY & APPLE SALAD
with Raspberry Vinaigrette



INGREDIENTS
- 1 16 ounce package iceberg garden salad mix
- 1 pound roasted turkey breast torn into bite size pieces
- 1 large apple cored, sliced
- 1/2-3/4 cup light raspberry vinaigrette dressing
- 1/2 cup crumbled reduced fat blue cheese
- 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup roasted almonds chopped
- 1/4 cup sliced shallots
DIRECTIONS
Toss salad mix with turkey, apples, vinaigrette, cheese, cranberries, almonds and shallots.
Divide among 4 large plates. Serve immediately.
