
ROASTED PEAR SALAD
with Blue Cheese & Walnut



INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup Culinary Circle Blue Cheese Crumbles divided
- 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 can pear halves in 100% juice drained
- 1 5 ounce package fresh baby spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
DIRECTIONS
In small bowl, combine ¼ cup blue cheese, walnuts, chives and garlic. Place pears onto a medium baking sheet; divide blue cheese mixture among pear.
Bake in a preheated 375°F oven 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
In large bowl, combine spinach, remaining cheese and balsamic vinaigrette; toss to coat. Divide among 6 salad plates. Top with pears.
