
CORN, TOMATO & AVOCADO SALAD



INGREDIENTS
- 1 15.25 ounce can white & gold whole kernel corn drained
- 1 ripe avocado pitted, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 pint grape tomatoes cut in half
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- - juice of 1/2 a lime
DIRECTIONS
In large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Toss; salt and pepper to taste.
