
ANTIPASTO SALAD



INGREDIENTS
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- 1 8 ounce container Culinary Circle Fresh Ciliegine Mozzarella Cheese drained
- 1 7 ounce stick Culinary Circle Genoa Salami cubed
- 1 6.5 ounce jar quartered & marinated artichoke hearts undrained
- 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves torn
DIRECTIONS
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
Toss to coat with artichoke marinade. Salt and pepper to taste.
