ANTIPASTO SALAD

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • 1 8 ounce container Culinary Circle Fresh Ciliegine Mozzarella Cheese drained
  • 1 7 ounce stick Culinary Circle Genoa Salami cubed
  • 1 6.5 ounce jar quartered & marinated artichoke hearts undrained
  • 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves torn

DIRECTIONS

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients.

Toss to coat with artichoke marinade. Salt and pepper to taste.
