
SHRIMP CAESAR WRAPS



INGREDIENTS
- 1 12 ounce package frozen 61-70 count peeled & deveined tail-on cooked shrimp thawed, tails removed, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/3 cup fancy shredded Italian style Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil drained, chopped
- 3 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
- 6 10-inch flour tortillas
DIRECTIONS
In large bowl, combine chopped shrimp, dressing, Parmesan cheese and tomatoes. Toss to coat.
Mix in lettuce. Divide shrimp mixture among tortillas and roll-up burrito style.
Cut wraps in half diagonally.
