SKILLET POTATOES

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 16 ounce package bacon chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 15 ounce cans sliced new potatoes drained
  • - cayenne pepper optional
  • 1/2 cup French fried onions

DIRECTIONS

In large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté bacon and onions until bacon is crisp; remove bacon drippings from pan.

Add potatoes to bacon; season with cayenne, salt and pepper to taste. Sauté until potatoes are browned.

Add in fried onions. Continue sautéing until heat through.
