
BROWNED POTATOES



INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup sliced onion
- 1 15 ounce can no salt added whole new potatoes drained
- 2 tablespoons fancy shredded Italian style Parmesan cheese optional
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
DIRECTIONS
In large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
Add onions and potatoes; salt and pepper to taste. Sauté until browned (about 8-10 minutes).
Remove from heat. Toss with cheese and parsley.
