
CHOCOLATE DIPPED POTATO CHIPS



INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 11.5 ounce packages milk chocolate chips
- 1 9 ounce bag wavy potato chips
- 3 cubes vanilla flavored almond bark
DIRECTIONS
Using a double boiler or a heat-proof bowl over the top of a saucepan, fill bottom of pan halfway with water; bring to a boil. Cover with top of double boiler or bowl; reduce heat to simmer.
Add chocolate chips to top of double boiler or bowl. Continue heating until chocolate is melted, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, leave bowl over pan to keep chocolate warm.
Dip chips into chocolate one at a time. Allow excess chocolate to drip off chip. Place chips on a wire rack over wax paper or directly on wax paper.
Place almond bark in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave (HIGH) at 30 second intervals, stirring each time until completely melted. Drizzle melted almond bark over chips.
Allow to cool several hours. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
