SPICY FETA SPREAD

Serves : about 1 3/4 cups

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • 3 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil drained
  • 3 tablespoons Louisiana hot sauce
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 12 ounces feta cheese crumbles
  • 1 teaspoon oil from sun-dried tomatoes
  • - reduced fat woven wheats

DIRECTIONS

In food processor or blender, combine onions, tomatoes, hot sauce, garlic, oregano and red pepper flakes. Process, scraping sides as needed, until finely chopped.

Add cheese and continue processing until well combined. With machine running, drizzle in oil and continue processing until combined.

Refrigerate until ready to use. Serve with crackers.
