
SPICY CHIPOTLE CHICKEN SPREAD



INGREDIENTS
- 2 10 ounce cans chicken breast with rib meat in water drained
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup finely diced celery
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce finely diced
- 1 teaspoon adobo sauce
- 1/3 cup hickory smoke flavored almonds
- - reduced fat woven wheats
DIRECTIONS
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except almonds and crackers; salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
Stir in almonds just before serving. Serve with crackers.
