
SMOKED SALMON RICE CAKES



INGREDIENTS
- 6 white Cheddar rice cakes
- 1/2 8 ounce package Neufchatel cheese softened
- 4 ounces Culinary Circle Black Pepper Smoked Salmon
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 tablespoon capers drained
DIRECTIONS
Spread each rice cake with 1 tablespoon neufchâtel cheese.
Top with smoked salmon and red onion slices.
Sprinkle with capers.
