SMOKED SALMON RICE CAKES

Serves : 6 rice cakes

INGREDIENTS
  • 6 white Cheddar rice cakes
  • 1/2 8 ounce package Neufchatel cheese softened
  • 4 ounces Culinary Circle Black Pepper Smoked Salmon
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon capers drained

DIRECTIONS

Spread each rice cake with 1 tablespoon neufchâtel cheese.

Top with smoked salmon and red onion slices.

Sprinkle with capers.
