BEET, BACON & BLUE PIZZA

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/4 cup onion & chive cream cheese spread
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 16 ounce package thin pizza crust (1 crust)
  • 1/2 15 ounce can sliced beets drained
  • 1/2 16 ounce package bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Culinary Circle Blue Cheese Crumbles

DIRECTIONS

In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and milk; stir until well combined.

Top crust with cream cheese mixture; layer with beets, bacon and blue cheese.

Bake in preheated 400°F oven, directly on center oven rack, until cheese is bubbly and golden brown (about 15-16 minutes).
