SHRIMP NACHO BITES

Serves : about 40 bites

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 8 ounce package cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/3 cup thick and chunky salsa
  • 1/4 cup half & half
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 6 ounce package frozen 150-200 count salad shrimp thawed
  • 38-42 tortilla dip chips

DIRECTIONS

In large bowl, combine cream cheese, cheese, salsa, half & half and green onions. Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat until well combined. Stir in shrimp.

Divide among dip chips; set on large baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated 425°F oven 10-12 minutes or until bubbly.
