
SLOW COOKER VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP



INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 pounds beef stew meat
- 1 16 ounce package frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 14.5 ounce can whole tomatoes undrained
- 1 14.5 ounce can beef broth
- 1 12 ounce jar home style beef gravy
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 1 ounce packet onion soup & dip mix
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a 5-quart or larger slow cooker; salt and pepper to taste.
Cook on HIGH 4-6 hours or LOW 8-10 hours or until beef is very tender.
