SAUSAGE & POTATO CHOWDER

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 tablespoon pure vegetable oil
  • 1 14 ounce package Polska kielbasa ring sliced
  • 1 poblano pepper chopped
  • 1 4.7 ounce package au gratin potatoes
  • 2 cups half & half
  • 2 14.5 ounce cans reduced sodium chicken broth
  • 1 14.75 ounce can cream style corn

DIRECTIONS

In large saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add sausage and pepper; sauté until sausage is slightly browned (about 5 minutes).

Add remaining ingredients to pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
