REALLY FAST BEEF STEW

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 teaspoon pure vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 17 ounce package slow simmered beef tips & gravy
  • 1 15 ounce can whole new potatoes drained and quartered
  • 1 14.5 ounce can whole carrots drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves

DIRECTIONS

In large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions; sauté until softened (about 2-3 minutes).

Add remaining ingredients; salt and pepper to taste.

Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until heated through (about 8-10 minutes).
