
QUICK & EASY POTATO CORN CHOWDER



INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 pound bacon chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1 15.25 ounce can whole kernel corn undrained
- 1 15 ounce can sliced new potatoes drained
- 1 14.5 ounce can chicken broth
- 1 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes with green chiles undrained
- 1 10.75 ounce can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
DIRECTIONS
In large saucepan over medium heat, sauté bacon until crisp; remove to paper towels. Drain off excess drippings.
Add onions and thyme to pan; sauté until onions are softened (about 3-5 minutes).
Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes. Stir in bacon; serve.
