
QUICK & EASY CHILI FOR A CROWD



INGREDIENTS
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 2 cups chopped onion
- 1 30 ounce can chili with beans
- 1 14.5 ounce can fire roasted diced tomatoes with garlic undrained
- 1 15 ounce can spicy chili beans undrained
- 1 4 ounce can diced jalapeno peppers
- - sour cream
- - shredded mild Cheddar cheese
- - chopped onions
DIRECTIONS
In large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium heat, cook and crumble beef and onions until no longer pink; drain.
Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 15 minutes.
Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese and chopped onions, if desired.
