
CINNAMON ORANGE GLAZED CARROTS



INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 14.5 ounce can no salt added sliced carrots drained
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
In medium saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add carrot slices; sauté 2-3 minutes.
Add orange juice, brown sugar and cinnamon; salt to taste.
Simmer, stirring occasionally, until sauce becomes a shiny glaze and carrots are heated through (about 2-3 minutes).
