
CHIPOTLE BLACK BEAN DIP



INGREDIENTS
- 2 15 ounce cans black beans rinsed and drained
- 1 cup chipotle salsa
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- - 10 ounce touch of lime flavor restaurant style tortilla chips
DIRECTIONS
In a large microwaveable bowl, combine black beans and salsa. Using a potato masher, mash beans to desired consistency. Stir in cheese.
2. Place bowl in microwave; cover with paper towel. Microwave (HIGH) 2 minutes. Stir; continue microwaving 2 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
Garnish with cilantro. Keep warm; serve with tortilla chips.
