CHICKEN SALAD SPREAD

Serves : about 3 cups

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 fat free plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
  • 2 cups diced cooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • - reduced fat snacker crackers

DIRECTIONS

In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, lemon juice and tarragon; salt and pepper to taste.

Add in chicken, walnuts and celery; toss to coat.

Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers.
