
CHICKEN SALAD SPREAD



INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 fat free plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
- 2 cups diced cooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- - reduced fat snacker crackers
DIRECTIONS
In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, lemon juice and tarragon; salt and pepper to taste.
Add in chicken, walnuts and celery; toss to coat.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers.
