SAUSAGE & PESTO STUFFED MUSHROOMS

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 8 ounce package cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled mild pork sausage
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup fancy shredded Italian style Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup traditional basil pesto sauce & spread
  • 34-36 large whole button mushrooms stems and gills removed

DIRECTIONS

In large bowl, combine all ingredients except mushrooms; salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined.

Stuff mushrooms with sausage mixture; place on a greased large baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated 400°F oven 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
