
ANTIPASTO APPETIZER KABOB



INGREDIENTS
- 1 8 ounce package Culinary Circle Fresh Ciliegine Mozzarella Cheese drained
- 1 7 ounce jar roasted red peppers cut into chunks
- 1 7 ounce package Culinary Circle Genoa Salami cut into chunks
- 1 6.5 ounce jar quartered & marinated artichoke hearts undrained
- 12 stuffed queen olives
- 12 bamboo skewers
DIRECTIONS
In medium bowl, combine cheese, peppers, salami, undrained artichokes and olives
Toss to coat with artichoke marinade.
Thread onto skewers in desired pattern.
