
SZECHUAN BROCCOLI STIR-FRY



INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
- 2 teaspoons Culinary Circle Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1 16 ounce package frozen broccoli stir-fry blend thawed, drained
DIRECTIONS
In large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Add vegetables; toss to coat.
Heat large skillet over high heat. When hot, add vegetable mixture.
Sauté until heated through and slightly caramelized (about 7-9 minutes).
