SAUTÉED BRUSSELS SPROUTS

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 16 ounce package bacon chopped
  • 1 16 ounce package frozen Brussels sprouts thawed
  • 1 8 ounce package sliced baby bella mushrooms
  • 2 3.5 ounce packages shiitake mushrooms stems removed, sliced

DIRECTIONS

In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook bacon until crispy. Remove to paper towels to drain; keep drippings in pan.

Add Brussels sprouts and mushrooms to bacon drippings; salt and pepper to taste. Sauté until browned and cooked through (about 10-12 minutes).

Toss with bacon; serve.
