
ROASTED ZUCCHINI



INGREDIENTS
- 1 16 ounce package frozen crinkle cut zucchini thawed
- 1/2 cup Culinary Circle Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tablespoons 100% pure olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
DIRECTIONS
Dry zucchini slices with clean paper towels. In large bowl combine zucchini with remaining ingredients; salt and pepper to taste.
Toss to coat. Transfer to a greased large baking sheet; spread into a single layer.
Bake in a preheated 450°F oven 10 minutes. Turn zucchini over; continue baking 5 minutes or until golden brown.
