VEGGIE & PASTA BAKE

INGREDIENTS
  • 8 ounces rotini
  • 1/2 pound Super Cheezy processed cheese spread loaf, cubed
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 16 ounce package frozen California blend vegetables thawed
  • 2 cups French fried onions

DIRECTIONS

Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. Place back in pan.

Stir in cheese, sour cream and milk; cook, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted. Stir in vegetables; salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer to a greased 2-quart baking dish. Bake in a preheated 375°F oven 20 minutes. Top with fried onions and continue baking 5 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
