TUNA NOODLE SKILLET DINNER

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 16 ounce package rotini
  • 1 tablespoon 100% pure olive oil
  • 1 8 ounce package sliced button mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 15 ounce jar creamy Alfredo pasta sauce
  • 1 12 ounce can solid white albacore tuna in water drained
  • 1 cup frozen green peas
  • 1 cup shredded mild Cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS

Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

Meanwhile, in large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, onions and garlic; salt and pepper to taste. Sauté until mushrooms are softened (about 3-5 minutes).

Add remaining ingredients and cooked pasta. Toss to coat; cook until heated through and cheese is melted.
