TORTELLINI

with Mushrooms, Ham & Peas

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 12 ounce package frozen tri-color cheese tortellini
  • 1 teaspoon 100% pure olive oil
  • 1 cup sliced button mushrooms
  • 1 cup chopped ham
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 10 ounce container refrigerated light Alfredo sauce
  • 1/4 cup frozen green peas

DIRECTIONS

Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

Meanwhile, in large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms, ham and onions; salt and pepper to taste. Sauté until mushrooms and onions are softened and slightly browned (about 5-7 minutes).

Stir in pasta, Alfredo sauce and peas. Cook until heated through, stirring frequently.
