
WARM BLUE CHEESE DIP



INGREDIENTS
- 1 8 ounce package Neufchatel cheese softened
- 5 ounces crumbled reduced fat blue cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup chopped hickory smoke flavored almonds
- - pita chips, assorted fresh vegetables
DIRECTIONS
In small saucepan over low heat, combine Neufchâtel, blue cheese, milk, bacon, green onions and garlic powder.
Cook, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted. Transfer to a 1-quart slow cooker on low to keep warm.
Top with chopped almonds and serve with pita chips and assorted vegetables.
