SALMON SPREAD

Serves : about 1 1/2 cups

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 14.75 ounce can pink salmon bones and skin discarded
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup real mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onion
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • - assorted crackers

DIRECTIONS

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; salt and pepper to taste.

Using an electric mixer, mix until well combined.

Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers.
