
ROASTED RED PEPPER RANCH DIP



INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups cooked dried whole green peas
- 1 8 ounce package Neufchatel cheese softened
- 1 cup garbanzo beans rinsed and drained
- 1 cup roasted red peppers
- 1/2 cup 100% pure olive oil
- 1 1 ounce packet dry ranch dip mix
DIRECTIONS
In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients. Process until smooth and slightly fluffy, scraping sides.
Transfer to a serving dish. Serve with assorted vegetables, pita chips or pita bread.
