
ROASTED RED PEPPER DIP



INGREDIENTS
- 1 15 ounce container fat free ricotta cheese
- 1 12 ounce jar roasted red peppers drained
- 1/2 cup Culinary Circle Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup packed fresh basil leaves
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- - pita chips, assorted fresh vegetables
DIRECTIONS
In food processor or blender, combine ricotta cheese, peppers, Parmesan cheese, basil and garlic; salt and pepper to taste.
Process until well combined (will not be completely smooth).
Transfer to serving bowl. Serve with pita chips and vegetables.
