
SPICY SOUTHWEST SOUP



INGREDIENTS
- 2 14.5 ounce cans fire roasted diced tomatoes with garlic undrained
- 1/2-1 4 ounce can diced jalapeƱo peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 cup hot or medium thick and chunky salsa
- 1 16 ounce package frozen soup vegetables thawed
- 1 15 ounce can black beans rinsed and drained
- 2 cups vegetable broth or chicken broth
DIRECTIONS
In large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium heat, combine all ingredients.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until heated through.
