SLOW COOKER BEEF STEW

Total Time : 4-6 hours
Serves : 8 servings

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 pounds beef stew meat
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 2 teaspoons Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1 16 ounce package frozen stew vegetables
  • 2 12 ounce jars home style beef gravy
  • 1/2 cup beef broth

DIRECTIONS

Toss beef with garlic, salt, pepper and thyme; transfer to slow cooker. Add vegetables.

In medium bowl, combine gravy and broth. Pour over vegetables and beef.

Cook on HIGH 4-6 hours or LOW 6-8 hours or until vegetables and beef are tender.
