
SLOW COOKER BUFFALO CHICKEN CHILI



INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts cubed
- 1 (1.25 ounce) packet chili seasoning mix
- 2 (15 ounce) cans red beans drained and rinsed
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with garlic & onion undrained
- 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 cup Culinary Circle Crumbled Blue Cheese
DIRECTIONS
In a 5-quart slow cooker, combine chicken and chili seasoning, stir to coat chicken; add remaining ingredients except dressing.
Cook on LOW 6-8 hours or HIGH 3-4 hours or until meat is very tender.
Serve topped with blue cheese and chopped onion.
