SLOW COOKER BUFFALO CHICKEN CHILI

Serves : 8 servings

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts cubed
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) packet chili seasoning mix
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans red beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with garlic & onion undrained
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 3/4 cup Culinary Circle Crumbled Blue Cheese

DIRECTIONS

In a 5-quart slow cooker, combine chicken and chili seasoning, stir to coat chicken; add remaining ingredients except dressing.

Cook on LOW 6-8 hours or HIGH 3-4 hours or until meat is very tender.

Serve topped with blue cheese and chopped onion.
