
SWEET POTATOES
with Cranberry Streusel



INGREDIENTS
- 1 40 ounce can sweet potato yams in syrup drained, cut in half
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/3 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter softened
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
Place potatoes in a greased 9x9-inch baking dish.
In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle over sweet potatoes.
Bake in a preheated 375°F oven 15-20 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown.
