SWEET POTATO STREUSEL

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 29 ounce cans sweet potato yams in syrup drained, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup pecan pieces
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows

DIRECTIONS

Layer potatoes in a greased baking dish; set aside.

In large bowl combine butter, sugar, flour, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Mix until well combined. Mix in pecans and marshmallows. Sprinkle mixture over potatoes.

Bake in preheated 350°F oven 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
