
TANGY PULLED PORK SANDWICHES



INGREDIENTS
- 1 (3-4 pound) boneless pork shoulder cut into 4 pieces
- 1 14 ounce can whole cranberry sauce
- 1 10.75 ounce can heart healthy condensed tomato soup
- 1 4 ounce can diced green chiles
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- - hamburger buns
DIRECTIONS
Place pork into a 5-quart or larger slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients except buns; pour over pork.
Cook on HIGH 4-6 hours or LOW 6-8 hours or until pork easily falls apart.
Remove pork from slow cooker; pull apart using two forks. Add back to sauce. Serve with buns.
