TANGY PULLED PORK SANDWICHES

Serves : 24 servings

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (3-4 pound) boneless pork shoulder cut into 4 pieces
  • 1 14 ounce can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 10.75 ounce can heart healthy condensed tomato soup
  • 1 4 ounce can diced green chiles
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • - hamburger buns

DIRECTIONS

Place pork into a 5-quart or larger slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients except buns; pour over pork.

Cook on HIGH 4-6 hours or LOW 6-8 hours or until pork easily falls apart.

Remove pork from slow cooker; pull apart using two forks. Add back to sauce. Serve with buns.
